DECEMBER NIGHTS: Balboa Park International Christmas Festival 2-3 December 2011
Polonez is beautiful! They entertained us at December Nights Christmas Festival. The walking stick/axe combination is called a "ciupaga" (choo-pah-gah). It was a tool of the shepherds in the Tatra Mountains of Poland.

75th Anniversary Celebration 28-29 May 2011
After the parade. The Polish contingent is all smiles at the end of the parade from the Prado to the Organ Pavillion while Congresswoman Susan Davis (D-San Diego) and San Diego Councilmember Todd Gloria admire from the stage behind.

1st of May, The House of Poland Lawn Program
The POLONEZ Polish Folk Dancing Group captivated the audience. Light on their feet, very synchronized, and all smiles. I don't know who enjoyed themselves more, the dancers or the audience. Their costumes cost up to $1000 each. What a group! Bravo! More PICTURES from the event: CLICK HERE!
